Our Ministry: Jesus is the Reason for the Season

Through The Allison Christmas Spectacular, we are celebrating Jesus, the Reason for the Christmas season. Jesus came to earth to be born as a baby, live a sinless life, ultimately to die on the cross for all of our sins and rise again so we can live with Him eternally one day.

John 3:16 says, “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son; that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”  Acts 16:31: “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved.”  And finally, Romans 10:9 states, “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.”

So it’s this simple: admit you’re a sinner, believe that Jesus died for you and rose from the dead, and confess that Jesus is God and ask Him to be the Lord of your life.  God will surely save you, and you can live with Him forever!  This is truly what Christmas is all about: God’s gift to us, Jesus.
